Friday, 9th December 2016 or as soon as running places are full, whichever is earlier.

Can I register on the day of the event?

No. Requests for registration will not be entertained post closure of respective registrations dates.

What is the minimum age eligibility for each race category?

What are the various modes of entry fee payment?

  • Scratch Cards, available for purchase at our registration back office (can be used only for online registration)

  • Cheque (only local cheques will be accepted)

  • Demand Draft/Pay Order (payable at Kolkata)

  • Cash (only Indian Rupee currency will be accepted)/p>

  • Credit Card, Net Banking and Debit Cards (can be used only for online registration)

In whose name should the entry fee cheque or demand draft be made?

All cheques/demand draft to be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL LTD.-TSK25”

Which payment mode will be accepted for online registration?

An online applicant can pay ONLY via Scratch Card , credit card, net banking or debit card.

How will my entry acceptance be intimated to me?

Post closure of registrations, individual applicant is required to go online on www.tsk25.procamrunning.in and check his/her application status. The applications status will appear online post 15 working days of submitting the entry form. In case of group entries (Ananda Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions With Disability race categories) , the point of contact of the group will be receiving email confirmation for confirmed participants of the group. Can I register for more than one race?

No. An individual can apply only for one race in the Event. An application form received with two options chosen, will be rejected. Multiple applications will entail in all being rejected.

Can I register for my friend?

No. An applicant has to sign the waiver himself/herself. You cannot register on your friend's behalf.

Can I run with somebody else’s running BIB on race day?

No. All participants’ race day images will be screened visually after the race and if any of the participant is found not wearing the running number bib allotted to him/her, the participant registered for that bib will be disqualified from the race and the subsequent edition of the event in 2017. Further, Procam International reserves the right to take necessary legal action against the registered participant and the person who has used the running number bib on race day, for impersonation.

What will happen once I submit my application?

Your entry confirmation is subject to –

  • Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you,

  • Verification of your application’s eligibility under each criterion,

  • Availability of running spaces

  • Entry Rules and Guidelines.

What are the advantages in me submitting a timing certificate for 25K Run / Open 10K Run along with the application form?

Confirmed applicants of either 25K Run or Open 10K Run category who have provided timing certificates along with their application forms, will get priority in line-up on race day (18th December 2016). Line-up section A will be allocated based on the finish time mentioned on the timing certificates submitted at the time of application.

Are there any confirmation preference criteria in Ananda Run / Sr. Citizens’ Run / Champions with Disability?

Confirmation preference criteria do not apply to registration and confirmation process of the Ananda Run/Sr. Citizens’ Run/Champions with Disability categories. Applications for these categories will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis, until close date of registrations or until running places for each of the categories are filled, whichever is earlier.

Can I and my group of friends/colleagues submit our applications together as a group?

Yes, but ONLY if you are wanting to participate in the Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run or Champions with Disability. No group applications will be accepted for the 25K Run / Open 10K Run category. Also, please do not club 25K Run / Open 10K Run applications with group applications of Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability – such applications will be disqualified.

What are the things to be remembered while submitting application forms as a GROUP?

  • Where 20 or more individuals submit their entries together, this will constitute a group entry.

  • Please DO NOT club 25K Run / Open 10K Run entries with group entries. Such entries will be disqualified.

  • Only applicants for the Ananda Run, Senior Citizens’ Run and Champions with Disability categories can apply as a group; the 25K Run / Open 10K Run category is open for individual entries only.

    I)Online group registration using scratch card (Applicable only for Ananda Run Race Category)

    • Where groups submit their entries online using only the scratch card as the payment mode, this will constitute a group entry. All members of a group have to register individually on www.tsk25.procamrunning.in

    • Payment for online group entries will be made via scratch cards that are available for purchase in bulk from our registration back office in Kolkata.

    • Each group deciding to register online must purchase the scratch cards in advance and distribute them to its members. At the time of purchasing scratch cards, the group needs to provide a covering letter on an official letterhead issued by the company/NGO/any other entity as per the format mentioned here

      • Total number of entries to be submitted

      • Details of payment made to purchase scratch cards in bulk i.e. Cash/cheque/DD number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted.

      • Name, contact number and email id of one common point of contact for the group.

      • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory of the entity.

    • Cash/Cheque/DD will be accepted for purchasing scratch cards. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “Procam International Pvt. Ltd. – TSK25”.

    • Purchasing scratch cards does not guarantee entry to the event and the members of the group need to register online on www.tsk25.procamrunning.in using scratch cards before the registration end date or till the running spaces are available. Event promoters will close registrations as and when the running spaces are filled.

    • Once scratch cards are purchased, it can only be used online for TSK25K 2016 edition and till the time registrations are open or running spaces are available. Unused scratch cards cannot be returned or cancelled and the amount paid for purchasing unused scratch cards will not be refunded.

    • Online entries using any other payment mode other than scratch cards will not be treated as a group entry.

    • All requisites to register online by an individual needs to be fulfilled to complete online registration.

    II)Physical Forms (applicable only for Ananda Run, Sr. Citizens’ Run and Champions With Disability race categories)

    • All members of a group have to fill and sign individual application forms. Under ‘Application Type’ in the application form, applicants need to choose ‘Group’, mentioning the group name and size of the group.

    • Only one consolidated cheque/DD will be accepted for group entries. This cheque/DD should be of the consolidated value of application fees applicable for each individual group member. The cheque/DD should be drawn in favour of “PROCAM INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. - TSK25”.

    • Each group must submit their entries together at one time in a single envelope under a covering letter of the company/NGO/ any other entity as per the format mentioned on here

      • Total number of entries enclosed in each race category,

      • Number, date, amount and bank name of cheque/DD submitted,

      • Name and contact details of a common point of contact for the group;

      • Covering letter needs to be on a company/NGO/ any other entity’s official letter head, duly signed and stamped by the authorized signatory.

Can I fill a single application form on behalf of all the members of the group participating in the event?

NO, each member/ runner needs to fill individual application form with all the mandatory fields duly filled and necessary documents attached.

Can a representative submit applications on behalf individuals?

Yes, however, a representative can submit individual applications for not more than 5 applicants.

Is attaching passport sized photograph with the application form/online application form compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their photograph whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 75 kb and should be in .jpeg format.

Is attaching a Govt. issued photo ID proof with my application (including online) compulsory?

Yes, it has to be provided with each application form at the time of submission of application. Online applicants need to attach their Govt. issued photo ID proof whilst submitting application; the photograph size should not exceed 75 kb and should be in .jpeg format. Govt. issued photo ID proof will include documents like Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar card, etc.

I am a student and do not possess any of the above ID proofs. What do I submit along with my application?

We will accept valid school / college identity cards for students below the age of 18 years.

On what grounds can my entry be rejected or declared invalid?

Your entry can be rejected on any of the grounds listed below. A regret letter will be sent to the address mentioned in the form spelling out the reason for not accepting your entry.

  • Incomplete form submitted,

  • Waiver not signed,

  • Applicant is underage for the race chosen,

  • Mutilated form/cheque/demand draft/currency notes submitted,More than one entry form received from the same applicant,

  • Short receipt or non-receipt of entry fee,

  • Local Kolkata cheque not submitted,

  • Required documents not attached/submitted,

  • Cheque or demand draft submitted not cleared by the Bank,Running places are full,

  • Any other reason

Will I get a refund of my entry fees on my entry not having been accepted?

Your entry fees will be refunded vide a NEFT transfer to you by 31st January 2017. You will be contacted on your email asking for your NEFT / Bank account details. An amount of INR 100 will be deducted as processing charges.

Can I transfer my application/registration in favour of another person?

Registrations are NOT TRANSFERABLE.

Once applied can I cancel my entry and get refund?

Once you have applied, request for cancellation and refund will not be entertained.

Can I change my race category once I have applied/my entry is confirmed?

Once you have applied for a particular race category, you cannot change your race category.

When, how and from where do I collect my Running Number Bib?

Running number bib collection:

  • All confirmed participants/their authorised representatives are required to come to the Get Active Expo in Kolkata, scheduled from 15th December 2016 to 17th December 2016 between 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in order to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses nor distributed on race day, i.e. 18th December 2016

  • It is mandatory for a 25K Run / Open 10K Run participant to collect his/her running number personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her authorised representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf. Please note, a representative will not be allowed to collect running number bib on behalf of more than ONE 25K Run / Open 10K Run participant

  • c.Authorised representative must carry with him/her a) the website confirmation downloaded from application status on www.tsk25.procamrunning.in ,b) photocopy of photo-identity proof ( Aadhar card, PAN Card or passport) of the representative and the confirmed participant.

Can you post me my Running Number Bib?

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Bibs.
