NGO’s who wish to participate in and/or raise funds through the Tata Steel Kolkata 25K, need to register with Event’s Philanthropy Partner ‘UNITED WAY KOLKATA’. Registration places the name of your organization on a list from which companies and individual runners select organizations they want to support.

NGO Registration Formalities

  • Fill the NGO registration form – you can download this form from All details as required in the form must be filled.

  • Importantly mention the name and contact details (including email id) of your CEO/Managing Trustee and the point of contact within your organization for coordination during TSK25.

  • Send a photocopy of the following documents along with the NGO registration form. All copies must be attested by your CEO/authorized signatory –

    • Certificate of registration of the NGO (as a trust/society/s.25 company)

    • 12A Registration Certificate under the income tax

      PAN Card
    • 80G certificate

    • FCRA Registration Certificate (if applicable) front and back

    • Latest Audited Annual Financial Statements including Auditor’s report and address proof such as telephone or electricity bill

  • We will also need the following along with your NGO registration form–

    A CD with your NGO logo in a printable format (.cdr or .eps format) and document with the profile of your organization. These will be used by us and TSK25 Promoters, Procam International, in the public space wherever possible to promote your participation at TSK25 2016.

  • There is a NGO registration fee which is required to be sent with the form and documents, as mentioned above, to complete your registration process.

    • Fees will be accepted vide cheque (at par) drawn in favour of “Society for United Way of Kolkata”

    • Demand draft to be Drawn in Favor of “Society for United of Way Kolkata”.

    • NEFT/ Bank Transfer

Once all registration formalities are completed, the NGO will receive confirmation of acceptance or rejection within 5 working days from UWK.
